Electronic Case Filing Rules

Fed. R. Civ. P. 5 and 83 and Fed. R. Crim. P. 57 authorize the courts to establish practices and

procedures for the filing, signing, service, maintenance, and verification of documents by

electronic means. The procedures governing electronic case filing in this district shall be

contained in the Supplemental Rules for Electronic Case Filing in the United States District

Court for the District of New Hampshire.
