D.N.H. LR 39.2
Continuances
The court will not grant continuances except in extraordinary circumstances. The efficient use of
court resources mandates that continuances be the exception rather than the rule. Unavailability
of a witness ordinarily does not constitute good and sufficient reason for a continuance.
