E.D.N.C. Local Criminal Rule 57.3
Change of Address
All attorneys and unrepresented persons in a criminal action must notify the court
in writing within 14 days of any change of address. Failure to notify the court in
a timely manner of an address change may result in dismissal of the action or the
imposition of such other relief that the court deems just and proper.
