E.D.N.C. Local Criminal Rule 55.1
Exhibits
The clerk shall be the custodian of all exhibits admitted into evidence. Upon 14
days’ notice by mail to all parties, the clerk may, within 30 days after the entry of
final judgment, destroy or otherwise dispose of the exhibits.
