E.D.N.C. Local Criminal Rule 24.1

Preparations for Criminal Trial

(a) Unless the parties have previously entered into and executed a written plea

agreement, each party shall file with the clerk and the assigned judge, 7 days

preceding the first day of the session during which the criminal action is set

for trial:

(l) voir dire questions as required by Local Criminal Rule 24.2; and

(2) requests for jury instructions.

(b) Before jury selection begins, each party shall file with the court a list of all

witnesses the party, in good faith, reasonably anticipates will be called in

its evidence-in-chief.
