D. Mont. L.R. CR 41.1
Return of Seized Property
Before the conclusion of a case, the parties must confer to identify non-contraband
property in federal custody or control that may be returned to the defendant or his
or her designee and to facilitate its return as soon as it is no longer needed as
evidence.
