Pretrial Conferences

(a) Optional Pretrial Conference. The Court may hold a pretrial conference, either upon

motion or sua sponte. The Court must give the parties reasonable notice of the time

and place of any pretrial conference.

(b) Trial Attorneys Must Participate. Unless the Court orders otherwise, the attorneys

who will handle the trial must participate in all pretrial conferences. The trial attorneys

must have authority to agree to uncontroverted facts and to the scope and scheduling

of future discovery.
