E.D. Mo. L.R. 3.05
Disclosure and Motions in Criminal Cases
Deadlines for filing requests for disclosure of evidence and information, the disclosure
of evidence and information, and deadlines for filing any pretrial motions, shall be governed by
an order of Court entered at or after a defendant’s arraignment.
