Interrogatories, Document Requests, and Requests to Admit

(A) Any party propounding interrogatories, document requests, or requests to admit

in a civil action shall set forth each question or request in clear and concise language. The

answer or objection shall be typewritten or printed legibly immediately following the

interrogatory or request.

(B) Any interrogatories, production requests, or requests to admit must be served

electronically upon all parties in accordance with this Court’s CM/ECF Procedures Manual.
