E.D. Mo. L.R. 1.03
Effective Date
These rules become effective on July 1, 1998, except as otherwise indicated. They
shall govern all applicable proceedings commenced after the effective date. Unless otherwise
ordered by a judge, these rules shall apply to the extent practicable to all actions pending on the
effective date.
