Permission to practice in a particular case
(a) Pro hac vice admission - This court disfavors pro hac vice admission and prefers
that all lawyers appearing before it become full members of the bar of the court.
Judges retain discretion to allow pro hac vice admission on a temporary basis
pending full admission.
(b) Sanctions - Nothing in this rule detracts from the court's power to sanction
unprofessional conduct.
