Reference
After the consent form has been executed and filed, the clerk shall transmit it
to the district judge to whom the case has been assigned for approval and transfer of the case to a
magistrate judge, if necessary. Once the case has been assigned to a magistrate judge, the
magistrate judge shall have the authority to conduct any and all proceedings to which the parties
have consented and to direct the clerk to enter a final judgment.
