Service and Filing of Pleadings and Other Papers
(a) Electronic Filing and Service
Filings in a civil case must satisfy the requirements in the Court’s
Administrative Procedures Governing the Filing and Service by Electronic
Means, reproduced in Appendix B, unless exempt.
(b) Highly Sensitive Documents
The handling, filing, service, and management of documents that qualify as
Highly Sensitive Documents, as defined in Local Rule 5.3, is subject to the
procedures and requirements of that rule.
