D. Mass. L.R. 118.1
Effective Date
These local rules shall become effective on December 1, 1998. They shall, except as
applicable time periods may have run, govern all actions pending or commenced after the effective
date. Where justice so requires, proceedings in cases on the effective date shall be governed by the
practice of the court before the adoption of these local rules.
