W.D. La. LR 5.4
Deposit for Service
Except as provided by law in cases involving indigent persons, the marshal will not be compelled to
perform any service until the deposit of a sum sufficient to cover the immediate costs has been made
and may demand security in a reasonable amount for further costs.
