W.D. La. LR 5.1
Place of Filing
All filings must be filed electronically with the office of the clerk. For good cause shown, an attorney
may be granted an exemption from electronic filing and may file documents with the court in
conventional paper form. All documents filed with the court in conventional paper form will be
converted to electronic form.
