E.D. Ky. LR 83.4
Local Counsel
If the law practice of an attorney practicing before the Court is not located in
proximity to the place where court is held, the Court may -- in its discretion --
require the attorney to designate local counsel. To require local counsel, the Court
must enter an order articulating the reasons local counsel is required.
