D. Kan. Rule 4.1

Service of Process in Accordance with State Practice

Where the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure authorize service of process in accordance

with state practice, the parties seeking such service must give the clerk: (1) forms of all necessary

orders; (2) sufficient copies of all papers to comply with state requirements; and (3) specific

instructions for making service.
