C.D. Ill. Civil LR 1.1
Scope of the Rules
(A) These Rules are known as the Local Rules of United States District Court for the
Central District of Illinois. They may be cited as Civil LR, Crim. LR,
and Bank. LR.
(B) These Rules became effective on February 1, 2024.
(C) These Rules apply in all proceedings in all of the Courts in this district.
(D) These Rules supersede all previous Rules and orders promulgated by this Court or
any judge of this Court, and will apply to all cases pending at the time these Rules
become effective regardless of when the case was filed.
