D. Guam GNLR 22.13
Jurisdiction
Nothing contained in this Disciplinary Enforcement Rule shall be construed to deny to this Court such
powers as are necessary for the Court to maintain control over proceedings conducted before it, such as
proceedings for contempt under Title 18 of the United States Code or under Rule 42 of the Federal Rules
of Criminal Procedure.
