D. Guam GNLR 20.1
Persons Appearing Without an Attorney - In Propria Persona
Any person who is representing himself or herself without an attorney must appear personally for such
purpose and may not delegate that duty to any other person, including husband or wife, or another
party on the same side appearing without an attorney. Any person so representing himself or herself
without an attorney is bound by these Rules, and by the Federal Rules. Failure to comply therewith may
be grounds for dismissal or judgment by default. A corporation may not appear pro se in a case in this
Court.
