D. Guam CRLR 23
Trials
(a) Stipulations. To expedite the trial, the parties shall make a good faith effort to stipulate to
facts or points of law for which the truth and existence of or applicability of are not
contested.
(b) Trial Exhibits. The parties shall meet and confer sufficiently in advance of trial and
formulate a set of joint exhibits. Those exhibits upon which agreement cannot be reached
shall be submitted separately by each respective party.
