S.D. Ga. LR Crim. 53
Extrajudicial Comment on Criminal Cases
Counsel for any party shall not release or authorize the release of any
information or opinion relating to pending or imminent criminal litigation if
there is a reasonable likelihood the information or opinion will be publicly
disseminated, will interfere with a fair trial, or will otherwise prejudice the
due administration of justice.
