S.D. Ga. LR Crim. 44A
Indigent Defendants
The appointment of counsel and counsel’s obligations to the representation
of indigent Defendants in criminal proceedings pursuant to Rule 44 of the
Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure shall be in accordance with the
Court’s plan under the Criminal Justice Act. A copy of the Court’s plan may
be obtained from the Clerk of Court.
