Joint Preliminary Report and Discovery Plan

For all cases not settled at the Rule 26(f) conference, counsel must complete

the Joint Preliminary Report and Discovery Plan form attached to these rules as

Appendix B. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f). If counsel cannot agree on the answers to

specific items, the contentions of each party must be shown on the form. The

completed form must be filed within thirty days after the appearance of the first

defendant by answer or motion or within thirty days after a removed case is filed in

this Court. This rule applies only to cases not exempted pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P.

26(a)(1)(B). Pro se litigants and opposing counsel are permitted to file separate

statements.
