Depositions of Experts
Depositions of expert witnesses disclosed under this Rule shall
commence within seven (7) days of the deadline service of rebuttal reports
and shall be completed within thirty (30) days after commencement of the
deposition period. If the party taking the deposition agrees to pay the
reasonable travel expenses of the expert, and absent good cause otherwise
shown, the party designating the expert shall make its expert witness
available for deposition in this District.
