Stipulated Protective Orders

(a) No later than the time for filing of the Joint Preliminary Report

and Discovery Plan pursuant to Local Rule 16.2, the parties shall meet and

confer to prepare a stipulated protective order to govern the production of

commercially or technologically sensitive information in the case.

(b) Notwithstanding any provision in a protective order limiting the

use of a document for purposes of a single lawsuit, the fact that an attorney

or law firm has had access to a document covered by a protective order in

one case shall not furnish a basis for disqualifying such lawyer in another

case.
