Suspending These Part VIII Rules

To expedite a decision or for other cause, a district court or

BAP—or when appropriate, the court of appeals—may, in a particular case, suspend the requirements of these Part VIII rules, except Rules 8001–8007, 8012, 8020, 8024–8026, and 8028.
