Fed. R. Bankr. P. 7052
Findings and Conclusions by the Court; Judgment on Partial Findings
Fed. R. Civ. P. 52 applies in an adversary proceeding—except
that a motion under Fed. R. Civ. P. 52(b) to amend or add findings
must be filed within 14 days after the judgment is entered. The
reference in Fed. R. Civ. P. 52(a) to entering a judgment under
Fed. R. Civ. P. 58 must be read as referring to entering a judgment
or order under Rule 5003(a).
