Commencing a Bankruptcy Case
(a) IN GENERAL. A bankruptcy case is commenced by filing a petition with the clerk.
(b) C OPY TO THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE. The clerk must
promptly send a copy of the petition to the United States trustee.
