Appointment of Counsel for Indigent Defendants in Criminal Proceedings

The appointment of counsel and counsel’s obligations in the representation of indigent defendants

in criminal proceedings pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 44 shall be in accordance

with the “Plan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida Pursuant to

the Criminal Justice Act of 1964, as Amended.” The current plan is available on the Court’s

website (www.flsd.uscourts.gov).
