Calendar Conflicts
Calendar conflicts will be resolved and notice shall be given in accordance with the Resolution of
the Florida State-Federal Council Regarding Calendar Conflicts Between State and Federal Courts
(available on the Court’s website: www.flsd.uscourts.gov) or as otherwise agreed to between the
Judges in a given case.
