N.D. Fla. Loc. R. 77.5
Marshal to Attend Court
Unless excused by the presiding judge, the United States Marshal of this District, or
deputy, or, as an alternative in civil cases only, a court security officer, shall be in attendance
during all sessions of any kind conducted in open court.
