D. Del. LR 5.1
Filing
(a) Unless specifically exempted by Court order or rule, all documents
submitted for filing with the Court shall be filed in accordance with the Court’s
Administrative Procedures Governing Filing and Service by Electronic Means, which
may be amended from time to time by the Court (the “CM/ECF Procedures”).
(b) When computing time periods for filing pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P.
6(a)(3), the Clerk’s Office shall be deemed inaccessible at any time when the Clerk’s
office is closed due to inclement weather.
