Availability of the Local Rules
(a) Copies. Copies of the Rules, as amended and with any appendices
attached hereto, can be viewed on and downloaded from the Court’s website,
www.ded.uscourts.gov. Paper copies are available from the Clerk for a reasonable
charge to be determined by the Court.
(b) Amendments. Consistent with Fed. R. Civ. P. 83 and 28 U.S.C. § 2071,
notice shall be provided of:
(1) Any amendments to the Rules;
(2) The ability of the public to comment thereon; and
(3) Final adoption of the amendments.
