Compliance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 26 Requirements
(a) Proposed Scheduling Order. The tendering of a proposed scheduling order in
the form HERE shall satisfy the requirement to submit a written report outlining
the discovery plan under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f).
(b) Pretrial Disclosures. Disclosures under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(3) shall be made
in the proposed final pretrial order HERE.
