EFFECTIVE DATE OF RULES
Amendments to these rules shall be effective on December 1 or June 1 following their adoption,
unless otherwise directed by the Court. (Rev. 12/1/16)

CIRCUIT ADVISORY COMMITTEE NOTE TO RULE 47 -1 If members of the bar or public have suggestions for new rules or amendments to the rules, such suggestions should be directed to the Clerk of Court who shall take appropriate action. (New 7/1/00) FRAP 47
