TIMING OF MANDATE

In cases disposed of by an order of a motions panel, a mandate will issue 7 days after the time to

file a motion for reconsideration expires pursuant to Circuit Rule 27-10, or 7 days after entry of

an order denying a timely motion for such relief, whichever is later. (New 1/1/04; Rev. 12/1/09)
