9th Cir. R. 27-2
MOTIONS FOR STAYS PENDING APPEAL
If a district court stays an order or judgment to permit application to the Court of Appeals for a
stay pending appeal, an application for such stay shall be filed in the Court of Appeals within 7
days after issuance of the district court’s stay. (Rev. 12/1/09)
