APPLICABILITY OF OTHER RULES TO REVIEW OF AGENCY DECISIONS

All provisions of these Circuit Rules are applicable to review or enforcement of orders of

agencies, except that any Circuit Rules accompanying FRAP 3 through 14, and FRAP 22 and 23

are not applicable. As used in any applicable rule, in proceedings to review or enforce agency

orders, the term “appellant” includes a petitioner, the term “appellee” includes a respondent, and

the term “appeal” includes a petition for review or enforcement. (Rev. 12/1/09)
