TRANSMISSION OF THE RECORD IN TAX COURT CASES

When the Court of Appeals at any time requires the record, the Clerk will request the record

from the tax court. The tax court clerk shall transmit the record to the Court within 14 days of

receiving the request. (Rev. 12/1/09)
