Forwarding the Record
(a) Reporter’s Duties; Extension of Time. The circuit clerk monitors outstanding
transcripts and delays in transcript preparation. Fed. R. App. P.11(b)(1)(B) and 6 Cir. R.
11(b)(2) govern a reporter’s request for an extension of time.
(b) Presentence Reports. The circuit court will obtain any presentence report and objections
to it and any pretrial services and supervised release revocation reports. The court will
keep them confidential.
