Costs Recoverable for Filing Paper Briefs
(a) Reproduction Costs. Costs are not available for electronic filings. For paper filings,
costs are taxed at the lesser of the actual cost or 25 cents per page, including covers, index,
and table of authorities, regardless of the reproduction process used.
(b) Number of Briefs. When the court allows or requires paper briefs or appendices to be
filed, costs may be taxed for two copies for each party required to be served.
(c) Number of Appendices. When the court allows or requires a paper appendix, costs may
be taxed for one copy for each party required to be served.
