Entry of Judgment
(a) Dispositions through Written Opinions or Orders. The court may announce its
decision in an opinion or order. The clerk will enter a signed written judgment in
accordance with the opinion or order.
(b) Dispositions in Open Court. The court may announce its decision in open court when
the decision is unanimous and each judge of the panel believes that a written opinion
would serve no jurisprudential purpose. The clerk will enter a signed written judgment
in accordance with the panel's decision from the bench.
