SEE 5TH CIR. R. 27.3 CONCERNING EMERGENCY MOTIONS.

WHERE THE DISTRICT COURT HAS GRANTED A COA, THE CLERK SHALL INCLUDE IN THE

ORIGINAL BRIEFING NOTICE A DEADLINE FOR ANY APPLICATION FOR COA ON ADDITIONAL

ISSUES, AND WHERE FEASIBLE, SHALL MAKE THE DEADLINE COEXTENSIVE WITH THE

BRIEFING DEADLINE.
