Counsel should be aware that certain portions of the record will not be transmitted to the Court

of Appeals as part of the record. If bulky documents and physical exhibits are required by a party

for oral argument, the party must make advance arrangements with the clerks of both courts for

their transportation and receipt. Such arrangements are best made after the completion of the

briefing schedule on appeal and receipt of notice of oral argument.

Unofficial copy of government-published law, reproduced from official sources with full provenance. Not an official publication; verify against official sources before relying on it in a filing. Records in the 'guidance' corpus, and only that corpus, are sub-regulatory (interpretive guidelines, survey procedures) and are not binding law. Validity bounds follow each jurisdiction's declared temporalBasis.
