Daily Listing of Cases
The clerk must prepare, under the direction of the court, a list for each session of the
court, on which so far as practicable each case will be listed for argument or submission on a day
certain during the week.

Committee Comments: Language describing the clerk's method of preparing the argument
lists was deleted in 1995. Otherwise, no substantive change from
prior Court Rule 12.2 is intended.
