Disposition of a Petition for Writ of Certiorari

(a) The petition and any responses shall be referred to a motions panel for disposition. If

a petition for writ of certiorari is granted, the clerk will issue a briefing schedule and the case

shall proceed as other appeals in accordance with the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and

Local Appellate Rules but with review limited to the questions on which the writ of certiorari

was granted.
