Dismissal of Appeal for Failure to Pay Certain Fees
(a) The clerk is authorized to dismiss the appeal if the appellant does not pay the
docketing fee within 14 days after the case is opened in the court of appeals, as prescribed by 3d
Cir. L.A.R. 3.3.
(b) The appellant's failure to comply with 3d Cir. L.A.R. 11.1 regarding transcription
fees is grounds for dismissal of the appeal.
