Attendance at Invitations to the Conference

In addition to judicial participants, attendance at the Judicial Conference of the Third

Circuit may be open at the discretion of the chief judge to any member of the bar of any court

within the circuit interested in the work of the courts and the administration of justice in the

circuit.

Committee Comments: Prior Court Rule 18.2 has no counterpart in FRAP and is therefore

classified as Miscellaneous. The rule has been revised to reflect

the court’s open invitation policy.
